Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing your entries. As your payment is for entry into the prize draw, it is not considered a tax-deductible donation. 

To make sure your entry is recorded correctly, all entries need to be purchased through www.raffletix.com.au/footyforcranio2026. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept direct deposit or cheque for entries into the draw. 

One lucky winner will take home the ultimate Crows prize pack — a signed  2025 Adelaide Football Club guernsey, signed 2025 Adelaide Football Club football and certificate of authenticity for the guernsey and football. A great addition to any Crows fan’s collection!

Entries are online: www.raffletix.com.au/footy-for-cranio. Your entries will be automatically allocated based on the amount you select, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Funds raised through Footy for Cranio will support Craniofacial Australia’s work with children, adults and families living with cleft and craniofacial conditions. Your support helps us provide practical and financial assistance to families, trusted information and resources, and invest in research and specialist education to improve craniofacial care.

Footy for Cranio – Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The Footy for Cranio promotion is conducted by Craniofacial Australia.

Eligibility
Entry is open to South Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over. Employees, Board members and any person involved in the conduct or promotion of Footy for Cranio are not eligible to enter.

How to enter
To enter Footy for Cranio, participants must purchase entries online via the official Footy for Cranio page during the promotional period: https://www.raffletix.com.au/footyforcranio2026

Entries will be allocated according to the entry option selected at the time of purchase.

Each valid entry provides a chance to win the Footy for Cranio prize. Multiple entries are permitted.

Entries will be allocated as follows:

• $10 = 1 entry
• $25 = 3 entries
• $50 = 7 entries
• $100 = 15 entries

Important: Entry Payments Are Not Donations
Payments made to enter Footy for Cranio are payments for entry into a fundraising raffle and are not tax-deductible donations. A tax-deductible donation receipt will not be issued for entry payments.

Promotional period
Footy for Cranio opens at 12am ACST Thursday 25 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST Wednesday 30 September 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

Prize
One winner will receive the Footy for Cranio Crows prize pack, consisting of:

• One signed 2025 Adelaide Football Club guernsey
• One signed 2025 Adelaide Football Club football
• Certificate of Authenticity for the guernsey and football

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize draw
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible Footy for Cranio entries at 10:30am ACST on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at Craniofacial Australia, 204 Melbourne Street, North Adelaide, SA, 5006. The winner will be selected at random using a random winner generator using Raffletix, with the draw conducted in the presence of an independent person who is not associated with Craniofacial Australia or the conduct of the lottery.

The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering and announced via Craniofacial Australia’s website and on social media on Thursday 15 October 2026.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days after the draw, Craniofacial Australia will conduct a redraw.

Prize collection or delivery
Craniofacial Australia will arrange collection or delivery of the prize with the winner.

Entry details
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Craniofacial Australia is not responsible for being unable to contact a winner because incorrect or incomplete information was provided. Craniofacial Australia may request reasonable evidence of South Australian residency before awarding the prize

Refunds
Entries are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Privacy
Personal information collected as part of Footy for Cranio will be used to administer the promotion, conduct the draw and contact the winner, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Craniofacial Australia’s Privacy Policy.

General
Craniofacial Australia reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside Craniofacial Australia’s reasonable control prevent Footy for Cranio from proceeding as planned, Craniofacial Australia may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Adelaide Football Club
Footy for Cranio is conducted by Craniofacial Australia. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by the Adelaide Football Club.

References to the Adelaide Crows and images or descriptions of the signed merchandise are used solely to identify and describe the prize.

Permit details
This raffle is conducted as a minor lottery in South Australia. The total value of the prizes does not exceed $5,000 and a lottery licence is not required under South Australian regulation.

Fundraising Purpose
Proceeds from Footy for Cranio will support Craniofacial Australia’s work supporting children, adults and families impacted by cleft and craniofacial conditions, including family support, education and research.
