Craniofacial Australia provides Care Packs with pillows, blankets, toys, and toiletries to help families with children undergoing craniofacial surgery, no matter where they are in Australia.
If you are in need of greater financial support to cover hospital fees, travel or accommodation costs, we invite you to apply for financial assistance.
Please allow 2 weeks for your Care Pack to be posted.
