Our Family Support Coordinator brings care, compassion and support to help families navigate their own unique journey .
After applying for a Care Pack and / or Financial Assistance via our website, Claire will contact you. Whether you need someone to talk to, have a question, or require further support. We are here to help.
You are not alone.
This role is part of our Patient Support program and has been made possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters and donors.
Claire is available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10am - 3pm
